50 Cent confessed that his flashy lifestyle is nothing but BS. The admission came during a hearing to determine how much in actual damages the rapper (born Curtis Jackson, III, owes Lastonia Leviston. The 33-year-old, who has a daughter with rapper Rick Ross, successfully sued Jackson for posting a sex tape she was in online without her permission in 2009.
As a result, a jury awarded Leviston $5 million in punitive damages last week. On Monday, Jackson filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, claiming he was $50 million in debt, PageSix reports.
In his hearing, Jackson admitted that Bentleys, Lamborghinis and Rolls Royces he sports and flashes in music videos are not his.
“Those cars were rented,” the entertainer said under oath in Manhattan Supreme court Tuesday morning (July 21).
“It’s like music videos, they say action and you see all these fancy cars but everything goes back to the dealership,” he added.

“I borrowed from the jeweler,” Jackson said.
As far as what he actually owns, Jackson stated that he owns just three gold chains to his name and occasionally asks a friend of his who’s a jeweler to melt the old chains down and recreate a new gold piece.
In addition to exposing what he really has, Jackson opened up about why he goes through the process of maintaining such a fraudulent lifestyle.
“You gotta smile when you’re in a public situation,” he told the jury. “If you’re crying they’re just having more fun with you.”
