Chris Brown Files Paternity Papers to Thwart Baby Mama’s Support Demands

Billboard Music Awards

*Chris Brown has been paying the mother of his 1-year-old daughter $2,500 a month in support, but it’s not enough for the former model, according to TMZ.

The website reports that Nia Guzman is now demanding $15,000 a month from the singer, which has prompted Breezy to filed legal docs in Houston to establish paternity. Proven paternity will give him the legal right to fight Nia over support and custody, as Brown also claims Guzman has been denying him visitation.

According to TMZ, Brown wants a judge to set the child support amount, which he’s confident will be closer to his $2,500 number than her request of $15,000.
