*A judge has thrown out the restraining order against “Basketball Wives: LA” star Draya Michele from her ex-fiance Orlando Scandrick after he was a no-show in court today.
The NFL star claimed Draya physically abused him on several occasions, including blasting him with pepper spray and threatening to pour bleach in his eyes.
According to TMZ, the Dallas Cowboys player was scheduled to appear in court today to extend the order against her, but Scandrick blew it off, so the judge dropped the protective order altogether.
Sources close to Draya say the two have reconciled, yet again. However, people in Scandrick’s camp have refused to confirm, reports TMZ.
