*Tyler Perry is saying goodbye to his massive Atlanta home.
The 45-year-old filmmaker, who welcomed his first child with girlfriend Gelia Bekele in December, is listing the property for a whopping $25 million, according to Realtor.com.
Built in 2007, the sprawling, French Provincial-style spread features 34,688 square feet of living space, including seven bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, a wine cellar, two kitchens, an in-law suite and a theater.
