*Idiot alert!
You’re a fan. A what? A fan? A what? A fan. Oh a fan!
Remember that silly game we used to play as kids. Two friends would tag-team the above little ditty, using whatever noun was appropriate at the time. Well some “fans” need to be reminded that they will be held accountable for their bad decisions and actions too. And they must be reprimanded when they cross the line.
One fan was actually lucky that rapper J. Cole maintained his decorum and didn’t go psycho on him or her after they, for some ungodly reason known only to the person, decided to throw an iPhone at him while he was on stage performing in San Diego for his Forest Hills Drive tour.
The incident was caught on video by another fan.
Cole should be commended for playing it cool. Initially, following the impact of the phone to his nose, he stood stunned; but then he just pocketed the gadget and went on with his show.
All we can hope for at this point is that one, he wasn’t seriously hurt; and two, that he or some professional is able to access information as to who the phone belongs to so that the person can be held accountable.
No one, no how, should get away with doing something like this. And if someone reading this knows who committed this crime; and yes, it is a crime, they should come forward.
