Dr. Andrew Manley is a graduate of California State University, Los Angeles, where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism/Public Relations and a graduate of Pacific Western University where he received a PhD in Educational Administration.
Additionally, Dr. Manley was the Founder and Principal of New West Technical Academy, a special education school for at risk youth in South Los Angeles for over 22 years, and is a formally trained and ordained Protestant Minister.
