*Lil’ Kim is going through a nasty custody battle with her ex-boyfriend and baby-daddy, Jeremy “Mr. Papers” Neil. As we previously reported, according to Bossip, Neil claims Kim has denied him the right to see their 1-year-old daughter Royal Reign since their split. In addition, he says that he doesn’t want to full custody of Royal, he just wants to visit with her – unsupervised.

“He’s not trying to take custody. He’s not trying to taker her,” said Neil’s publicist Tasha Hilton. “He’s literally just trying to see her. He’s been trying to do it very quietly.”

After learning of Neil’s visitation request, Kim told the courts that her ex had been physically abusive in the past. Papers has denied the accusation, claiming he never abused the pint-sized Brooklyn rapper.

“She’s playing really dirty now with the domestic situation,” stated Hilton. “There has never been any domestic violence.”

Since his publicist has spoken out in his defense, Kim has responded through a series of tweets, saying she was initially hesitant to discuss her personal life on social media.

“I wasn’t going to address this because it is a personal legal family issue, but I feel that my fans deserve to know the truth,” wrote the Queen Bee. “I did not renege on my statement at all. I have no reason to do that and the RTO still stands.”

Lil Kim was addressing previous reports that alleged she retracted her claim of abuse.

“He is the reason he hasn’t seen his daughter,” she added. “I would never want to take my daughter away from her father, but he has a lot of personal issues that needs to be worked out.”

She added:

“Being as tho I’m being drag into a court room ultimately they get to decide what they think is best for my daughter. But I have faith in God and trust that he will make the final decision on what’s best for my daughter!”

A judge has yet to make a ruling in their custody drama.
