*Terrence Howard is in court attempting to get his divorce settlement with ex-wife Michelle Ghent overturned.
The “Empire” star was expected to testify during the hearing that began Tuesday, reports The Associated Press.
Howard contends that the 2012 agreement dictating how Ghent would be paid was extorted by Ghent by threatening to leak embarrassing information about his sex life. Ghent’s lawyers say she denies Howard’s claim.
Ghent has accused Howard of domestic violence and is seeking money she says is owed under their divorce settlement.
Howard and Ghent were married in 2010. She filed for divorce a year later.
