*Chris Brown just scored a legal victory in his fight to remain in his daughter’s life as much as possible.

TMZ is reporting that the singer on Friday was awarded joint custody of Royalty, and was able to take her home immediately.

In a Houston courtroom, Nia Guzman attempted to deny Chris any custodial rights. According to TMZ, she also only wanted to give him supervised visitation.

The judge disagreed and awarded the parents 50/50 physical custody, with Royalty going back and fourth every 4 days. (Both Chris and Nia now live in L.A.)

Brown, who was represented by Mark Geragos, also scored a victory on the child support front. The judge ruled against her attempt to increase the amount to $15,000 and ordered Breezy to continue paying Nia $2,500 a month.

The judge also ordered Nia not to disparage Chris publically and not reveal anything about the case on social media.
