What we have her is actress Sanaa Lathan singing a tune “Emotional.” Yeah, who knew Sanaa Lathan could sing?!
The star of the new film and box office hit, “The Perfect Guy,” has partnered up with producer Detail (Beyonce’, Lil Wayne, Drake) for “Emotional,” said to be her very first single. The song features rapper Dej Loaf and was co-produced by Choppa & Sidney.
In case you’re wondering, the song was inspired by a conversation between Lathan and Detail after screening “The Perfect Guy” where Detail commented to Lathan how emotional her co-star, Michael Ealy was in the film. If you ask us he was down sociopathic (if that’s word) and then some. Dude played the hell out of that role. In fact we give Ealy, Sanaa and Morris Chestnut three thumbs up.
