*The Internet has tracked down a rap sheet belonging to new rumored “Real Housewives of Atlanta” cast member Amiyah Scott.
According to Enstars, the transgender model, born Arthur Roy Scott, was arrested back on March 3, 2006 by the Fulton County Police Department in Georgia. She was charged with felony theft after getting a hold of a stolen car.
The incident came to a head when Scott didn’t stop at a traffic light. An officer then pulled Scott over and realized the car was stolen after running the plates. Scott was then arrested but the case was disposed before it could even go to trial.
Just over a year later, police were looking for Scott on May 10, 2007 on first degree forgery charges. It took six months for Scott to go back into custody at the East Point Police Department in Georgia. That incident came after Scott wrote a bad check with the hopes of buying a Yorkshire terrier dog.
Scott also used the fake name of Kim Xerogeanes. When the person who was selling the dog realized the check was bad, they contacted police only to find they were not Scott’s first victim, according to Enstars.
Interestingly enough, at this time Scott “was going through the process of being a transsexual,” so it was noted that Scott was “dressed as a woman” when taking advantage of victims.
Scott ended up agreeing to a plea deal.
Two years after the bad check incident, Scott was in trouble for a misdemeanor simple assault charge. At that time Scott, who went by the name Adrienne Scott-Berry, was accused of threatening a victim. He allegedly “walked towards him in an intimidating manner as if Scott was going to hit him.”
