Actor Ro Brooks Hosts a Magical 5 Course Private Dinner Party (PHOTOS)

*(Los Angeles) – Actor Ro Brooks from  Tyler Perry’s OWN TV show “The Haves and the Have Nots” hosted a magical 5 course private dinner party for his celebrity and tastemaker friends recently.

The delicious meal was prepared by The Food Network’s Celebrity Chef Antonio Skeeters aka Chef Tony, Winner of Food Network’s Show “Guy Grocery Games.”

Chef Tony served Roasted Corn Chowder with Red Pesto, Crab Cakes with Apple Slaw and Cajun Remoulade sauce, Roasted Beet, fig and goat cheese salad with arugula, Pan Roasted Breast of Chicken with Potato Mash with Cipollini Bourbon Pan Sause and Tempura Broccolini and Spice Apple Bread Pudding Al La Mode with a Warm Peach Glaze.

Some of the distinguished people in attendance included; Hidden Beach’s GRAMMY Nominated Vocalist Angie Fisher; Jon Jon (Troop); actress Lee Purcel (“Murder She Wrote”); photographer Andre Charles, EURweb’s Lee Bailey, actor Patrick Faucette (“The Haves and the Have Nots”);  Kathleen Bradley (“Friday” & “The Price Is Right”); poet Brutha Gimel, Thornell Jones (Fortress Marketing), music, TV & film producer Shawn McDonald, comedian Monty B. Sharpton, hip hop producer/artist David Cash and radio host Stevie Dreama to name a few.

The event was held at the beautiful home of theater producer/philanthropist Solombra Ingram who was a gracious hostess that even laid out the ‘red carpet’ for the guests arrivals.  Angie Fisher, sang an Acapella verison of the classic song, “Summertime and there were many other performance throughout the night.
