*There’s news coming of Atlanta regarding the autopsy of Bobbi Kristina Brown.

WSB-TV is reporting that new details reveal that the Fulton County District Attorney filed a motion to seal Brown’s autopsy over fears of a potential flight risk for defendants and possible harm to witnesses, according to a court filing.

“The criminal investigation involving possible charges in this case is ongoing, no arrests have been made, and disclosure of the autopsy report and the above mentioned information at this time would compromise the integrity of the investigation and create risk of flight of possible defendants, and could pose a danger to witnesses involved in this case,” the filing reads.

A judge granted the motion on Sept. 28.

As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with Brown’s death, however a source told Entertainment Tonight that the DA’s office will be convening a grand jury and is looking into the possibility of indicting Nick Gordon, Bobbi Kristin’s boyfriend on criminal charges.

In response to the report, a source close to Gordon’s legal team tells ET, “Key evidence for the defense is now being delayed by the prosecution.”

Nick Gordon is facing a $10 million wrongful death civil suit in relation to Bobbi Kristina’s death, which charges that he physically abused her in addition to stealing thousands of dollars from her. He has also been accused in relation to her death, with claims made that he gave her a “toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious.”

Gordon’s lawyers have denied the allegations in the lawsuit, calling them “slanderous and meritless.”
