*A judge has refused to toss out a lawsuit filed by a woman who accuses Bill Cosby of molesting her at the Playboy Mansion in the 1970s when she was 15.

Judy Huth sued Cosby in December 2014, claiming the comedian forced her to perform a sex act around 1974 when she was underage.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Craig Karlan ruled Wednesday that Huth’s lawsuit against Cosby should be allowed to proceed over the objections of Cosby’s attorneys, reports the AP.

The comedian’s attorney, Martin Singer, sought to dismiss the case because Huth’s attorney named Cosby in the lawsuit when he shouldn’t have been identified.

In other Cosby news, Yale University is going against the tide and refusing to revoke the honorary degree it bestowed upon the actor – because they have a tradition of not revoking honorary degrees.

Yale told The New York Times that it had never taken away an honorary degree but did not explain the reasoning for this policy.

Fordham, Marquette, Brown, and the University of San Francisco announced in the past two weeks that they were retracting degrees.
