*If a Nevada sheriff has his way, Lamar Odom could be facing charges and possibly some time in the pokey.
It seems his case is getting ready to be turned over to the the D.A., and the Sheriff is angling for full prosecution for felony drug use.
Law enforcement sources say the Nye County Sheriff’s Department will send Lamar’s blood test to the District Attorney on Tuesday. The felony charge would be for using cocaine while at the Love Ranch South.
However — as TMZ reported — even if he’s prosecuted Lamar probably won’t do time. In Nevada, the felony charge is punishable by up to 4 years in prison. But usually not for first time offenders, like Lamar.
