*WGN America hosted a first-look screening of its upcoming escape thriller series, “Underground,” at the National Civil Rights Museum in Memphis Tennessee on Wednesday, October 21.
The event included a screening of the premiere episode followed by a live Q&A panel with series co-stars Jurnee Smollett-Bell (“Friday Night Lights”),Alano Miller(“Jane the Virgin”) and Amirah Vann(“Girls”), who were joined on stage by co-creators and executive producers Misha Green and Joe Pokaski and executive producer Mike Jackson (from John Legend’s Get Lifted Production Company).
The panel was moderated by Emmy Award-WinningShaun Robinson (formerly of “Access Hollywood”).
