*David Justice went on a Twitter tear last night, defending himself against persistent rumors that he beat Halle Berry when they were married from 1992-97, and seeming to point the finger at Wesley Snipes as the real abuser.

With Berry heading to divorce court for the third time after she and Olivier Martinez split last week, her first husband took to Twitter and went off.

“Me, (second husband Eric Benet), (boyfriend) Gabriel Aubry and Olivier were all her ‘Knight in Shining Armor’ until it ends,” the former MLB star tweeted.

“Then we all become the worst guys in history.”

Justice alleged that Berry did nothing to squash rumors that he had abused her during their five-year marriage, which ended in 1997. The “Extant” star had previously stated that a “famous” ex-boyfriend punched her in the ear, resulting in partial deafness.

In his Twitter rant, Justice mentioned “WS” as the “famous” ex who abused Berry. The two actors dated in the early 90s.

“Reading the latest Halle Berry Reports, it wasn’t me who hit Halle causing the ear damage. Halle has never said that I hit her,” he tweeted.

“It was a former Hollywood boyfriend (WS) that she told me! #getyourfactsright.”
