Jourdan Dunn Throws Shade at Victoria’s Secret after Rihanna Cancels Performance

*Model Jourdan Dunn has sparked a ton of speculation over why she is suddenly throwing shade at Victoria’s Secret, the lingerie brand for whom she has walked the past three seasons.

For some reason, she is not participating in this year’s VS show, writing in a tweet: “Feeling so much better about not doing BS… sorry I mean VS now that Rihanna isn’t doing it also.”

Rihanna had announced earlier that she cancelled her scheduled VS performance because she was too busy trying to finish her new album “ANTI.” The singer doubled down on the excuse when a fan DM’d her.

But Riri’s Navy was already on Twitter trying to figure out if there were other reasons she decided to bow out. Once Jourdan’s tweet hit the Twitterverse, the various conspiracy theories coalesced around the issue of race.

Now people are saying that Jourdan’s tweet (which she has since deleted) reflects frustration over Victoria’s Secret’s decision to book Kendall Jenner for the 2015 show, and that maybe Dunn was cut from the lineup to make room for the 20-year-old reality star.

Jenner revealed via Instagram that she will be joining her best friend, model Gigi Hadid, for their first ever Victoria’s Secret fashion show, which airs Dec. 8 on CBS.

Many fans also believe that Kendall’s booking is the real reason why Rihanna suddenly cancelled. After all, Rih and Dunn are friends.
