*Kim Zolciak was back on the floor for the season finale of “Dancing With the Stars” Tuesday night…and so were her tears.
After she was forced to withdraw from the show following a stroke, the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star came back strong for Tuesday’s finale.
“Crazy moment, like for real, I just was like, oh my God I’m so blessed to be here, there’s no words,” the 37-year-old said in an emotional Instagram video backstage following her “I Dream of Jeannie”-themed performance.
In September, Zolciak suffered a mini-stroke following a flight from Los Angeles to Atlanta.
In October she underwent heart surgery and said that her mini-stroke was a “blessing in disguise” because it revealed she has a patent foramen ovale, a hole in her heart.
Bindi Irwin won the Mirrorball Trophy.
