*Once again it’s on.

Hundreds of Black Lives Matter protesters gathered inside of the Mall of America rotunda in Minnesota this afternoon despite warnings from the mall that they would be arrested.

A similar protest last December drew some 2,000 to 3,000 people, disrupting America’s biggest mall on one of the busiest shopping days of the year.

The movement is demanding the release of video showing the Nov. 15 shooting of 24-year-old Jamar Clark by a white police officer.

More than 700 people indicated on the Black Lives Matter Minneapolis’ Facebook page that they would attend today’s 1:30 p.m. demonstration.

MOA plastered dozens of posters to its doors informing visitors that the mall is private property and protests are strictly prohibited.

Earlier this week, the mall tried to get a judge to enforce its stand. The 29-page ruling from Hennepin County Judge Karen Janisch reinforced the mall’s right to remove from its private property protesters who show up at the event, however, Janisch declined to bar Black Lives Matter, because the mall couldn’t prove that the group was a legal entity capable of being part of a legal action.

A big video screen in the rotunda read: “This demonstration is not authorized and is in clear violation of Mall of America policies. All participants must leave Mall of America property immediately … Those who fail to leave the property immediately will be subject to arrest.” Around 1:30 p.m., protesters were moving to the transit station outside the mall as police issued warnings that protesters needed to leave or face arrest.
