Drake Charms GS Warriors Sideline Reporter Rosalyn Gold-Onwude (PHOTO)

Drake*2015 has certainly been Drake’s year.

With the massive success of his album streams, an alleged $19 million deal with Apple Music, the hype generated from his Meek Mill beef, headlining numerous festivals, a new Beats 1 show, that unforgettable Madonna kiss, the PR stunt of a relationship with Serena Williams, and the success of “Hotline Bling,” many wouldn’t disagree that Drake killed the game this year, and only time will tell if the most meme-able artist of all time will match his success in 2016.

As Rolling Stone reports, Drake’s weekly Beats 1 radio show debuted in July and has been going strong ever since. He uses the platform to introduce new music from his OVO camp, including the surprise Future collaboration “What a Time to Be Alive.”

Drake surprised his fans this year with the midnight release of “If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late,” and despite not being promoted prior to its unexpected release, the 17-track album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200. It was streamed 17.3 million times in its first week on Spotify, setting a new record.

“By the standard I hold myself and 40 to, it’s a bit broken,” Drake told Fader of the Noah “40” Shebib–produced LP. “There’s corners cut, in the sense of fluidity and song transition, and just things that we spend weeks and months on that make our albums what they are.”

Drake also happens to be a brand ambassador for his hometown Raptors, and the sports fanatic gushed about the moment he snapped a selfie with GS Warriors sideline reporter Rosalyn Gold-Onwude following Toronto’s 112-109 loss to Golden State on Saturday. He added the charming caption to the photo: “When the post game makes you forget about what happened during the actual game @rosgo21.”
