*A judge Thursday threw out trespassing and harassment charges against LL Cool J’s son that stemmed from an alleged drunken brawl at a club in New York’s Meatpacking District.

“The people are moving to dismiss this case as we cannot prove it beyond a reasonable doubt,” said prosecutor Hannah Yu as Najee Smith, 26, stood beside his defense lawyer wearing all black, reports Page Six.

“The case is dismissed and sealed,” ordered Judge Laurie Peterson.

Smith did not speak to press as he left Manhattan Criminal Court. However, his lawyer Marvin Kornberg told reporters, “It’s amazing that a person has to go through all this nonsense when his case is dismissed.”

Smith was inside Catch on Ninth Avenue and 13th Street at 3:15 a.m. Sept. 29 when he allegedly got into a fight with a rowdy group of men, sources said. Smith allegedly pushed one of the men twice, according to the criminal complaint. Security tried to break up the melee, but Smith — who was celebrating his birthday — allegedly became combative as they escorted him from the club, a source said.
