*Kandi Burruss’ foundation, Kandi Cares, “is dedicated to providing Education, Empowerment & Enrichment to the lives of single parents, and children who are the product of single parent homes.”

Over the weekend, Kandi Cares presented “A Baby’s First Baby Shower” event for 10 single expecting mothers or mothers with children less than 3 months old.

Burruss partnered with Cakes by Tatyana, Black Celeb Giving, The Mark Venue and Express Smile Atlanta to provide the mothers with bottles, diapers, wipes, high chairs and $500.00 cash on behalf of Kandi Cares.

Attendees at the event included: Kandi Burruss, and her husband Todd Tucker, Chanita Foster – Director of Kandi Cares, Jasmine Crowe – Black Celeb Giving, Kaela Tucker, DonJuan Clark (General Manager of Kandi Koated Entertainment), Joyce Jones (Kandi’s Mother), DJ Yung Kendro, Tammi Pha and more.

Kandi and her dedicated team provided engaging games, savory food and plenty of emotional moments were exchanged as she led the discussion about their shared experience as single parents, and that it takes more than finances to be a good parent. She also talked about the importance of her foundation and why she launched it.

Check out some pics from the event below.

Meanwhile, The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star announced back in the summer that she and her husband Todd Tucker were expecting their first child together, and soon Baby Boy Tucker will be here for her to profit from!

Surely you expect Burruss to negotiate some sort of televised “THE BABY IS HERE!” series with Bravo. Spin-offs are what fans of the ‘Housewives’ franchise have come to expect.

We followed the events leading up to and including her wedding to Todd. Viewers of ‘RHOA’ are keeping tabs of her growing baby bump of the series, now airing on BRAVO, and Baby Tucker’s arrival is slated for Jan. 6. Stay tuned!
