*Taraji P. Henson has a new man and the love is on display.
According to ETonline, the “Empire” star and former Indianapolis Colts player Kelvin Hayden Jr. were spotted holding hands on the beach in Miami.

The arrival of Hayden comes after Henson recently detailed her specifics regarding a relationship with the opposite sex.
“I want a man who is not caught up into what I do for a living. I’m not that girl on the screen. I’m none of those characters, I am me,” the 45-year-old Oscar nominee told ET. “I need safety somewhere to go where I don’t have to be Hollywood, where I can take my wig off and you gonna love me and say, ‘Baby, you are beautiful.’”
Taraji didn’t stop there!
“I need you to make me laugh,” she added. “You don’t have to cook but you can help me with cleaning. I need you to be a leader. A leader where I don’t have to be so strong all the time!”
Although this looks really good and it’s nice to see Henson involved in a certified romance after a great year of success playing Cookie on “Empire,” it looks like Hayden may be too good to be true. TheJasmineBrand references a letter from one of The Shade Room readers, who alleges the 32-year-old NFL free agent already has someone special in his life.

My friend has been in a SOLID and seemingly happy relationship with Kelvin for 8 YEARS and she’s from Chi-town. Oh and WE have receipts. He took her to Costa Rica not too long ago, before that they went to Europe! She just posted a pic of him 3 weeks ago on IG!
At this time, no word has come from Henson or Hayden regarding the woman’s allegations.
The sight of Henson and Hayden together looks to be the exception to her comments about how her success affects her love life.
“I think the more successful you get, the more intimidated they get,” Henson told ET’s Kevin Fraser. “The more they pull away, because they feel like I am not approachable – or they are afraid to approach me.”
Nevertheless, Henson did admit that despite feeling too busy sometimes for a relationship she is “ready for it.”
“The person has to be willing to deal with my schedule. …[It’s] all over the place,” the entertainer said.
