*If anyone knows anything about the reality behind really shows, it’s Tiffany “New York” Pollard, most notable for showing up and acting out on “Flavor of Life,” “I Love New York” and getting her fake tits fixed on “Botched.”

The reality show pro and her good friend/fellow reality TV vet Omarosa Manigault appear on Thursday’s episode of “Steve Harvey,” where they reveal a bit of insight as to what goes on behind the scenes of your favorite shows. When Harvey asked the ladies about how “real” these shows actually are, Pollard explained:

“The thing that I like the most and respect the most about producers — I have to understand, they’re watching the story unravel behind the scenes, so if they give you a nudge and they give you a push, it’s just to make sure that the story is progressing”

“I think that they know how to pair you with people who you can’t stand,” adds Manigault. “I got into a room with Piers Morgan, and I completely dislike Piers Morgan. He disliked me. And ironically, the producers kept making sure that we had to negotiate deals together and that didn’t go over so well for Piers.”

As Too Fab notes, luckily for Omarosa, those heated moments never escalated.

“I have done over 30 reality shows. I have never gotten into a physical fight. I am from the projects of Youngstown, Ohio. We can’t go there, because when I go there, we go all the way,” she says. “So I have had to really refuse to get into any kind of physical altercations on TV because it’s forever.”

Meanwhile, Benzino and Pollard are joining forces for a new TV show titled “Next 15.” The series will follow the lives of Zino and Tiffany, as well as former “Basketball Wives” Laura Govan and Jennifer Williams, “Real Housewives of Atlanta’s” Claudia Jordan, and “The Real World’s” Karamo Brown.

According to The Jasmine Brand, the series “unites a group of male and female former reality stars that crave another 15 minutes of fame.”
