Such is the cray-cray world we live in.
So what if I told you that a 73-year-old man was pulled over on a routine traffic stop in Seattle. The policeman, a young, Caucasian cop, strolls up to the car (he said he was only going to give the driver a warning!), and lo and behold, he sees the man trying to snort a line of cocaine…RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM!!!
This is how it went down word for word.
Officer: Do you know why I’m stopping you?
Driver: I have no idea.
Officer: Can I see your drivers license.
Driver gives it to him.
Officer: OK. Stay in the vehicle and I’ll see you in a minute.
Officer walks away. Returns about a minute later.
Officer (at drivers window): What’s in your left hand?
Driver: Nothing.
Officer: Show me your left hand…Waiting…What is that?
Driver:Â Silent.
Officer: Are you kidding? You’re about to snort coke on the side of the road?
Driver (Feigning surprise): No!
