*You probably heard about Jamie Foxx going into hero mode the other day and rescuing a man trapped in a burning car after an accident.
Now the actor is speaking out … giving details about how he was able to save 32-year-old Brett Kyle’s life.
On Tuesday, Foxx spoke to ABC7 outside his Hidden Valley home about the incident. Foxx says he used a pair of EMT scissors to cut the driver’s seat belt and hoisted him out of the truck and to safety.

Kyle’s father was on scene too to thank the actor and got emotional for obvious reasons.
TMZ reports that unfortunately, Kyle — who was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries — was also booked for DUI.
Kyle’s 2007 Toyota Tacoma flipped after striking a drainage pipe and concrete.
