Judd Apatow Believes Bill Cosby Supporters are Looking for Conspiracies

*Judd Apatow is not letting Eddie Griffin‘s theory on “systematic efforts” to tarnish black men in entertainment stand when it comes to Bill Cosby.

According to media sources, Apatow took to social media to express that people are manipulating the truth in an effort to defend the embattled comedian.

Apatow’s comments come after VladTV recently posted a video of an interview with Griffin which generated attention after Cosby was charged last week with aggravated indecent assault for alleged an alleged sexual that took place in 2004. In the interview, Griffin mentioned that Cosby’s situation is reflective of the plight of many black male celebrities in the entertainment industry.

“There is a systematic effort to destroy every Black male entertainer’s image,” the funnyman told DJ Vlad. “They want all of us to have an asterisk by our name.”

“Nobody leaves this business clean,” Griffin stated when touching on cases of other black male celebrities. “You’re not going to die clean.”

After Cosby posted $1 million bail for his release on Dec. 30, Apatow went on Twitter to voice his desire for justice for the women who are accusing Cosby of drugging and raping them.

Judd Apatow Bill Cosby tweet 3“Bill Cosby has spent his life attempting to silence the women he has assaulted with threats, lawsuits and money,” Apatow tweeted. “Hopefully now many of these women will get to tell their stories in a court of law and the people who supported him will get deposed.”
