Kelly was the first to post this pic of her new boo, along with the caption “#MiamiNights #LoveIsLove @bryantmckinnie.”
McKinnie regrammed the pic of him and his “older” woman. Price is six years older than Bryant, and not that it matters, because as she said, love is love!
McKinnie was a player for the Minnesota Vikings, Baltimore Ravens and Miami Dolphins before he ended his career in 2013. He didn’t retire broke, however, as he signed a $48 million contract in 2006, as Madame Noire notes.
Kelly’s man is scarred by a bit of controversy too. In October 2005, McKinnie was charged with a misdemeanor for his involvement in the 2005 Minnesota Vikings boat cruise scandal. He eventually pled guilty to disorderly conduct and being a public nuisance on a watercraft.
In February 2008, he was arrested and charged with aggravated battery, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest without violence after a street brawl outside a Miami nightclub. Police said Bryant spat in the face of a bouncer as he was being removed from the club. A judge ordered him to complete 25 hours of community service and anger management classes.
Kelly is all about new year, new me. The singer has been sharing her weight loss journey with fans on Instagram, and looking great, we might add. Last year she filed for divorce from her husband of 23 years, Jeffrey Rolle. Kelly and Jeffrey share two children together, a 23-year-old son, Jeffrey Rolle Jr and 21-year-old daughter, Jonia Rolle.
The year prior, Price suffered a stroke of tragedy when her sister died. She later released a statement crediting her sister with inspiring her to lose weight.
“After the untimely death of my sister last year, it weighed on me heavily that this was something we needed to do. I ultimately made the decision to live the best life I can. I ended things because I didn’t want to compromise what true happiness was anymore. There are no hard feelings, and I will love Jeff until the day I die!,” Kelly said in the statement.
