*We caught up with Egypt Criss and Sam Mattick of “Growing Up Hip Hop” to dish about the new season and what surprises are in store for fans of the long-running franchise.
Per the official synopsis: “The 50th anniversary of Hip Hop brings Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, Treach, and Kurupt onto one stage. A new baby is coming, but not everyone thinks it’s good news. Meanwhile, a long-held secret romance is exposed, and an old rival makes a dramatic return. Check out the Season 7 trailer above.”
Fans of WE tv’s hit series have seen Egypt (Sandra “Pepa” Denton’s daughter) go from newly engaged to Sam and now expecting their first child together. At one point, her cousin Tahira “Tee Tee” Francis and Tyran Moore (Pepa Denton’s son) launched a campaign against Sam to show Egypt how toxic he is.
