*Maybe Trevor Noah has an open relationship with his car show model girlfriend Jordyn Taylor, because the “Daily Show” host is not trying to hide the fact that he’s keeping his options open.
The South African comedian, who has been dating Taylor since the summer, has a profile on the celebrity dating app Raya. The app is described as “an exclusive dating and networking platform for people in creative industries” and used by celebs from Kelly Osbourne and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit models to Moby, is linked to Instagram and users get approved to join based on “how many active Raya members follow the applicant on Instagram.”
When the New York Daily News called his people to find out why he has a profile on the site, despite living with Taylor in his Upper East Side apartment, a rep explained that he was keeping the account active for “research.”
“Trevor and some of the correspondents signed up for dating apps as part of production research for a comedy bit they are doing for ‘The Daily Show,’” said the rep.
Noah’s profile pic of him in a suit and tie is the same one he posted to Instagram last summer, along with the caption, “Long day but fun day. Shooting promos for The Daily Show.”
Taylor also accompanied him to South Africa to meet his parents. Her Instagram has a photo of them ringing in the New Year together.
