Well, it could be that she still has feeling for him, even though he’s serving an 8-year sentence for federal fraud.
“I still love my husband, and I’ll always love him,” the Real Housewives of Atlanta star admitted during an interview with OK Magazine. “He’s the father of my children, and something great came from our union.”
“I’m very optimistic,” she added. “This has not tainted my view on love.”

The conversation turned to parenting and doing it by herself. Parks spoke about the difficulty of being a single parent.
“I think the hardest part about being a single mom is that all the responsibilities and all the weight of being a parent falls on your shoulders, so you really don’t have a lot time to just concentrate on being off and just relaxing,” she said. “I really don’t have a lot of time to do some of the things I used to could do when I was single and didn’t have children.”
“It’s being busy constantly and learning how to juggle two children, different schools, different carpools, different activities, different play dates,” she added. “It can be quite stressful.”
Fortunately for Parks, she has her family and friends to lend a hand and her get through it.
“My parents are really good,” she said. “My mom comes every week and she helps me — [and] I’ve got a wonderful circle of girlfriends that always help me, that always find time to come and give me a few hours.”
