*Charlamagne Tha God is not one to easily fluster, but Angela Bassett did that as she left a memorable impression this week while visiting Power 105’s The Breakfast Club.
During her time on the radio show, the actress promoted her new film “London Has Fallen,” a sequel to the 2013 hit “Olympus Has Fallen.” The action thriller, which also stars Gerard Butler and Morgan Freeman, features Bassett as the head of the Secret Service.
As the interview continued, TheJasmineBrand took note of how the entertainer flustered Charlamagne in “her incredible tangerine outfit” as she asked the radio personality if he wanted her to play his mother.
“No I’d want you to play my wife,” Charlamagne replied. “I’ve never thought about my mother that way.”
