*Blaming the Hip Hop industry for dumbing down a generation of African American youth, a NC minister is demanding “Rapper-ations”  this Black History Month.

Minister Paul Scott, founder of the  Durham NC  based Messianic Afrikan Nation says that not only has the industry destroyed the contributions of the heroes of Black History, it has also destroyed our Black future by making it cool to be dumb.

“We used to be Poor Righteous Teachers. now we are “Young Thugs, ” says Scott.

Scott is demanding reparations from the music industry in the form of scholarships, donations to youth programs and historically black colleges. He is also asking Hip Hop artists, like Young Thug to repair the damage done by rap music by encouraging their fans to study black history this Black History Month.

We have let today’s rap music turn our “Sister Souljahs” into “Stacey Dashes.” he says.
