VH1 to Adapt Star Jones’ ‘View’ Inspired Book ‘Satan’s Sisters’

*The 2011 book “Satan’s Sisters,” written by Star Jones, will be made into a one-hour scripted series to air next year on VH1, according to reports.

Inspired by behind-the-scenes shenanigans at her former gig “The View,” “Satan’s Sisters” follows the drama surrounding fictional ladies’ talk show “The Lunch Hour,” as its five female co-hosts discuss life, love, family and politics.

Jones, Josh Berman, Suzanne DePasse, Madison Jones, and Susan Levison will serve as executive producers. Writers for the series are Amy Engelberg and Wendy Engelberg who also serve as executive producers, and the series is a co-production with Sony Pictures Television, reports The Wrap.
