*Rapper Flo Rida is being sued for $390,000 after allegedly failing to show up to a charity’s “black tie social event” at the Playboy Mansion, and sending 23 members of his entourage instead.

Dr. Dre was also originally named as a defendant, but he was voluntarily dismissed shortly after the case was filed, according to Billboard.

Following the Feb. 15 Grammys, City Project Gala threw the event attended by Richard Branson, Diddy, Buzz Aldrin and Jane Seymour as a benefit for Community Inspiring Today’s Youth, among other charities. Part of the VIP deal — according to the suit, filed March 25 in L.A. Superior Court — included two cabanas at $25,000 each, two Playboy Mansion parking passes at $5,000 each and 33 backstage passes at $10,000 each.

City Gala says Dre and Flo Rida didn’t show, but their entourages did, and they allegedly were “loud, obnoxious … and physically assaulting other guests” — plus organizers lost revenue they would have made had they sold the perks.

Also named in the suit is Casey Thomas, a business manager for Dr. Dre and Flo Rida, and Larry Khan, an executive at Interscope. Event staffers learned Dre was a world away from the mansion that night, as he was photographed the next morning “standing on the Great Wall of China in China, far from Holmby Hills, the site of the event.”

A spokesman for Dre says the case was dismissed against him and Aftermath “after it was pointed out neither of their names appear on any contract.”
