‘Steve Harvey’ Devotes Full Episode to Flint Water Crisis (Clips)

*Monday’s episode of “Steve Harvey” (March 14) will spend the full hour on the Flint Water Crisis – complete with an audience bussed in from the embattled city.

Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton will also join Steve to discuss her recent visit to Flint and what she learned from conversations with the people.

Flint mayor Karen Weaver will also be on hand, offering an inside look at what needs to be done to fix the problem and how much it will cost.

Steve also welcomes Dr. Marilyn McPherson-Corder (chair of pediatrics at United Medical Center in Washington, D.C.) to discuss the health ramifications of the city’s water poisoning; Jim Ananich (a MI state senator covering the 27th District in Flint and the Senate Minority Leader), Bob Bowcock (water consultant and engineer who helped to expose the crisis in Flint) and Charlie Leduff (investigative journalist and national correspondent for FOX television stations).

Below, Mayor Weaver says that the $2-million they are paying the National Guard to hand out water, should be money that they give to their local residents to do the same job.
