NBC’s Emmy-winning singing competition confirmed Friday that Miley Cyrus, an adviser on the current 10th season, and Alicia Keys will serve as judges for Season 11.

They’ll replace current judge Pharrell Williams as well as Gwen Stefani, who served as judge on the fall cycles of “The Voice” for the past two years.

Williams, who has done four cycles back-to-back, will sit Season 11 out but is expected to return for a future stint depending on his schedule.

This will mark the first time The Voice has had more than one female coach on the panel. When Season 11 launches in September, Cyrus and Keys will join original coaches Adam Levine and Blake Shelton who have been on every cycle of the competition.

“The musical expertise and energy these two incredibly talented women will bring to the show is remarkable,” said Paul Telegdy, President, Alternative and Late Night Programming, NBC Entertainment. “We’re thrilled that they’ll be joining Adam and Blake in what we know will be a magical 11th season.”
