*The Weeknd was supposed to open for Rihanna on the European dates of her Anti world tour, but the crooner has announced he is leaving the production, throwing another wrench in the already troubled outing.
After previously rescheduling early dates because of production delays, the Anti Tour finally got underway in the States – only to have its supporting act for the European leg drop out.

A statement from Live Nation confirms:
“Due to some unforeseen changes with upcoming projects, The Weeknd will no longer be joining Rihanna on her upcoming international Anti World Tour.”
However, the show must go on. As reported, Rihanna kicked off her tour earlier this month in Jacksonville, Fla. before surprising fans with a Drake appearance in Miami. Tonight, she’s slated to appear at Buffalo, New York’s First Niagara Center.
