*“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Porsha Williams recently underwent a non-surgical nose job that her doctor happily shared on his Instagram through time lapse video of the procedure.

According to Page Six, Dr. Simon Ourian’s is shown using multi micro-droplet injections filled with hyaluronic acid. The injections enhance the bridge of the nose and only topical anesthesia is applied. The procedure lasts roughly 15 minutes but the results are permanent.
