*A hospital in North Carolina has apologized to a black man and his two kids after a white female volunteer went off on them in a racist rant — which he captured on video and posted to YouTube.

According to JournalNow.com, the nearly 7-minute video, uploaded Thursday by Isaiah Baskins, was filmed near the family resources center at Wake Forest Baptist. Baskins said in the footage that his daughter had an appointment at the hospital, and that the woman called them the “n-word” before he began recording.

Wake Forest Baptist has since posted an apology to Baskins in the comment section of his video on YouTube.

“We deeply regret and apologize for this behavior demonstrated by our volunteer in this video,” the post read. “We are dedicated to providing an inclusive environment for all, with respect, dignity and compassion. We are taking action, and this individual is no longer a volunteer with our organization.

“If they haven’t already, one of our senior executives should be reaching out to you shortly. Again, we apologize for this appalling incident.”
