*Steve Harvey’s daytime talk show will wrap up “Where Are They Now?” Week on Friday with the cast of “A Different World.”

Jasmine Guy (Whitley), Kadeem Hardison (Dwayne), Cree Summer (Freddie), Charnele Brown (Kimberly) And Darryl Bell (Ron) sat down with Steve for the reunion. The show has been off the air for nearly 25 years, but the cast still keeps in touch, with Cree telling Steve, “We hang out all the time, on purpose.”

In the advance clips below, Jasmine Guy discusses the inspiration for her character Whitley’s accent, Cree talks about her “hippie” parents and living on a reservation when she was younger, and the cast members reveal who among them dated in real life:

As a surprise, the cast of “A Different World” was introduced to Natilie Williams, who is finishing up her Master’s Degree at Illinois State University at the age of 22. Her mom died when she was young, but she remembers watching “A Different World” and telling her mom that she wanted to attend the show’s fictional Hillman College when she was old enough. You’ll never guess the topic of Natilie’s thesis …. “A Different World!” Upon getting the chance to meet the cast in person, Natilie said she was “overwhelmed, in the best way possible.”
