*Folks have been lighting up the comment section of Devon Still’s Instagram, either lashing out against the NFL player or coming to his defense over a video in which his daughter Leah, who famously beat cancer, stands on the ledge of a VERY tall building in New York to announce her daddy’s wedding.
The Houston Texans defensive end is marrying his longtime girlfriend Asha today at the historic NYC Public Library, with a guest list around 200 and a wedding party that includes several of his NFL buddies, including Pro Bowler Carlos Dunlap and Bengals defensive lineman Brandon Thompson, according to TMZ. Leah is the flower girl, and the couple reportedly waited two years to get married – until Leah was healthy.
But back to the outrage.
Leah is shown standing on the unsafe side of the safety rail on their hotel balcony — with no tether of any kind to be seen, and no adult hands holding her in case a gust of wind blows. Devon wrote in the caption, “For the scary ppl wondering she wasn’t close to the edge.”
The video has since been taken down from Devon Still’s Instagram page, but TMZ captured it. Watch below:
Some folks let Devon have it in the comment section, while others saw nothing wrong with placing her inches away from the ledge.
