*Uh oh. So many people are having a hard time meeting someone for a variety of reasons, so they have acquiesced to the whole online dating scene.

Sites such as Match.com, Black People Meet.com, and old schooler, eHarmony, have all probably seen a spike in their memberships.

But then again, you can’t ignore the presence of television shows such as MTV’s “Catfish” out there that reminds us that not every person is who they say they are. Unfortunately, for one young woman, the risk of online dating may have led to her untimely death.

The body of an Arizona woman named Angela Russo, 25, was found in a shallow grave recently. She had been missing since her April 19 date in West Phoenix with Lashawn Johnson, who she had met online, reports CBS affiliate KPHO.

Johnson, who was already in jail on another matter, has been charged with her death.

Russo’s body had been buried about 50 miles west of Phoenix, in the Tonopah desert.

Reportedly, her car was found burned nearby.
