Sugar Mama Kylie Jenner Buying Mansion for Rapper Boyfriend Tyga?

Modern house swimming pool nightCelebrity news sources are reporting that Kylie Jenner has been spotted checking out a gargantuan mansion in Westlake, CA., and many are speculating that the new home is a gift for the famous teen’s boyfriend, rapper Tyga.

Earlier this year, rumors spread suggesting that the celeb couple had called it quits as Tyga moved miles away from Kylie and her family’s gated community outside of Los Angeles. Kylie’s family does not seem too fond of Tyga, which might have something to do with the many times he was caught cheating. Or it could have something to do with the fact that Tyga’s ex-girlfriend Blac Chyna is now engaged to Kylie’s brother Rob Kardashian (maybe the mansion has a pool house they can live in?). Regardless, it seems that the two are still together and have been scouting lavish properties, which no doubt Kylie will be purchasing with her own money.

It is yet to be determined if the couple will be cohabiting in the new abode, particularly because it has only been a year since Kylie bought her first home. A source close to the celeb reports that “Kylie also wants a bigger house herself and no longer wants to live in such close proximity to her family anymore.” It’s absolutely normal for an 18-year-old to want space from her parents, but not too many teens have the resources available to purchase not one, but two palace-sized mansions.

This is all taking place amidst California’s serious drought and energy crisis. Currently, residents of the state are being asked to cut back on their use of water and electricity; however, it doesn’t seem like California’s celebrity population is getting the message.

Regular residents of the Golden State are making sacrifices to cut down on their energy use such as limiting utilization of HVAC systems. As summer approaches, energy officials seek to remind the public that an oversized air conditioner can increase energy costs and that having the right size HVAC installed can reduce costs up to 20%. For residents who want to cut water, there’s an even simpler solution: use less water.

Celebs like Kylie and Tyga probably are not too concerned with energy costs, however, and one might wonder how yet another celebrity mansion will affect the energy crisis in California this summer.
