*It’s all over for Jermaine Jackson and his wife Halima Rashid. She’s filing to divorce him and says the trouble started the day she got busted for attacking him back in November.

Rashid filed the divorce petition on Tuesday, citing irreconcilable differences, and listed November 28, 2015 as the date of separation.

Yep, if you recall, back in November, Halima was arrested for felony corporal injury that day. During a fight on Thanksgiving weekend, Jermaine allegedly spit on her and she allegedly bit him on the leg.

Halima, Jermaine’s 3rd wife, is seeking spousal support. They got married in 2004, but don’t have any kids together, so child support is not an issue.

In case you’re wondering, according to TMZ, her domestic violence case was tossed because prosecutors couldn’t determine who was the aggressor in the fight.

Meanwhile, Jermaine and his niece, Paris Jackson are coming to the defense of his late brother Michael, following news from a tabloid outlet ‘s claims that it has obtained disturbing new reports stemming from a 2003 search of the music icon’s home.

On Tuesday, Radar Online alleged that it had uncovered “never-before-seen reports from the Santa Barbara Country Sheriff’s Department that show the true depths of [Michael’s] depravity,” including photos from a pornography collection and a video from November 2003 of cop’s invading the late King of Pop’s secluded Neverland Ranch.

Charges of child molestation were originally brought against Michael in 1993, but he was acquitted in 2005. The photographs and documents from the police reports were never released to the media, the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department told ET in a statement on Wednesday.

Needless to say, the report is not being received too well by the Jackson family. 18-year-old Paris took to Twitter to speak out.

“Unfortunately negativity will always sell,” Paris wrote. “I urge you all to ignore the trash & the parasites who make a career trying to slander my father.”

“The most pure people are always torn down,” she added. “It will continue to be proven that my beloved dad has always been and forever will be innocent.”

Jermaine , 61, also took to Twitter, expressing his thoughts in a series of tweets.

“In death, Michael still suffers trial by media but his exoneration is enshrined in court transcripts ‘journalists’ are too lazy to read,” Jermaine wrote, adding, “Let Michael rest in peace. Leave. Him. Alone.”
