*A 39-year-old Cleveland mother was arrested after her 12-year-old son called 911 from inside her car and told police she was driving drunk, reports Cleveland.com.

Tanisha O. Robinson’s two younger children, ages 2 and 8, also were in the car, according to police reports.

“My mom’s really drunk,” the 12-year-old told a 911 dispatcher. The boy described being in a white car and attempted to relay their exact location when the call was disconnected.

Robinson was confused, dazed and disoriented when police finally pulled her over around 1:30 a.m. on May 28, Lakewood police reports say. The children, who all properly secured and not injured, told officers Robinson drank a lot of clear liquids while she was driving.

Officers called paramedics because they thought Robinson was having a diabetic emergency. Her blood-glucose level was well above normal, according to reports, but her blood-alcohol level was also above the legal limit, Lakewood police Capt. Hassing said.

Robinson told doctors she drank vodka at a graduation party earlier that night, Hassing said.

She pleaded no contest and Lakewood Municipal Court Judge Patrick Carroll found her guilty Friday of child endangering, according to court records. It could be as long as eight weeks before she is sentenced, a court clerk said Monday.

She was also found guilty to driving under suspension, expired plates, and seatbelt on May 31, records show. Carroll ordered Robinson to pay $295 in fines, a court clerk said. According to Hassing, she’s had four prior driving under suspension convictions.
