*If there’s one thing Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly is good at is pissing people off. The latest is TV personality Montel Williams who was mad at O’Reilly that he walked off “The O’Reilly Factor” show Wednesday evening.

As far as O’Reilly is concerned, Williams’ walk-off was about “some gay thing.” He then called Williams “cowardly,” and “unprofessional.”

“He will never be on this program again. He’s not a man of his word, he’s unprofessional,” O’Reilly said of Williams. “That is about as low as it gets.”

After the incident, Williams spoke to CNNMoney and gave his side of the story. He said he’d been told that the segment was going to focus on an LGBT speech that he’d given earlier in the day, as well as a poll suggesting that President Obama is a racist (Williams intended to knock that poll down).

However, when he arrived, Williams said he was told the segment was only going to be about the poll. And that didn’t sit well with Williams.

“Suddenly [Fox News host] Eric Bolling is involved and it’s all about Obama being a racist,” Williams said. “I walked before air, they chased me half way around the building. My detail had to stop them.”

“I’m solely focused on my [LGBT] speech,” he said. “When that was eliminated, why stay?”

Williams also filmed a Periscope to “set the record straight.” In the two-minute video he said he initially agreed to be on “The O’Reilly Factor,” but changed his mind when producers switched topics on him at the last minute.

“This is the first time I have not done an interview that I was scheduled to do, probably in the last five years,” he said. “That does not bring O’Reilly’s show to a screeching halt. It should not have even affected Bill.”

His message then transitioned into a heated rebuttal of the “cowardly” label, insisting that O’Reilly is the real coward.

“You want to talk about coward? That’s what a coward truly is, somebody who’s going to call somebody a name on air, and not even to their face. I’m calling you one now, so the whole world can see it.”

“Leave me alone,” he said. “You don’t want me on your show anymore? … I don’t care.”
