*The shenanigans and tomfoolery of this year’s presidential race will find its way onto the upcoming third season of ABC’s Emmy-nominated comedy “Black-ish.” But don’t expect the show to endorse a candidate.

“We don’t necessarily take a stance on what our opinion is about that, but we poke fun at it all,” star Tracee Ellis Ross recently told TVGuide.com.

Donald Trump has already made it clear what he thinks about the series, calling it “racism at its highest level” back in 2014. Remember his tweet? “How is ABC Television allowed to have a show entitled ‘Blackish’? Can you imagine the furor of a show, ‘Whiteish’! Racism at highest level?,” he fumed.

One might expect EP Kenya Barris and company to have a clap-back or two in store at some point during the season.

“Black-ish” season 3 premieres Wednesday, Sept. 21 at 9:30 p.m.
