*Hillary Clinton sent Leslie Jones a tweet of support after her iCloud and cell phone were hacked and the very personal contents of her life were posted on her website.

“@Lesdoggg, no one deserves this — least of all someone who brings us so much joy,” the Democratic presidential nominee tweeted Thursday. “I’m with you. -H.”

Clinton joins a number of celebrities who have offered their support for the “Saturday Night Live” comedian and “Ghostbusters” star since the hackers attacked, including Gabourey Sidibe, Questlove and her former “SNL” costar Jay Pharoah.

Us Weekly reports that the hack of Jones’ website is a suspected act of retaliation from Brietbart.com tech editor Milo Yiannopoulos, based on references made on the hacked site before it was taken down. Yiannopoulos was the alleged ringleader of the racist Twitter trolls who bombarded Jones with hate in July. He was eventually banned from Twitter by its president Jack Dorsey.

Yiannopoulous has denied any involvement in the hacking and issued a statement to The Hollywood Reporter expressing sympathy.

“I’m distressed to hear that Leslie Jones has been hacked and naked pictures of her have been posted online,” the statement from the Brietbart.com tech editor read. “I know we had our differences after my review of Ghostbusters but I wish her all the best at what must be a deeply upsetting time.”

As previously reported, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is currently investigating the hack.

“The investigation is currently ongoing,” a spokeswoman told the site. “In order to protect the integrity of the case, no further details are available at this time.”
